Completely forgot about that game. That's wild.
They have to show demand for a Harry Potter game? Whoever that publisher is needs to be slapped. A game like that would fly off shelves. Especially if they time the release properly and donât drop it the same day as say, a GTA 6 or some shyt.

Executives never know the creative potential of things. They just know how much money an ip is expected to make.
They probably shelved it after that fantastic beasts movie didnât do so well. Which is bs because a game would sell like gta but they donât know or care.
They just know how much money theyâve sucked into it and decide if itâs worth any more
Doesn't help that J.K. Rowling has a strict control on the IP and gets a strong say in what story gets told in the HP world. I wouldn't be surprised if they pitched it to her and she was like
