That deadlift box jump combo is completely stupid and 100% not worth risking injury over. She’s gonna end up in another kind of compilation :snoop:
It's worth doing if she's a world class athlete.

You could make a point that using a Bosu ball is unnecessary but plenty of athletes do squat thrusts and deadlift jumps when I was with a scuba ODA we did this during train up.

I had to use a very small box

I wonder if people that do this on IG train like this in real life. Getting injured would take away from your ability to train or even do what you're actually training for. I'm also a nobody on social media, so I dunno if it's worth it

Women in that kind of shape don't do rounds, they wait for you to recover and may not be nice about it. The kind of stamina she has is overwhelming and you have to have supreme control or you so oversized for her that once she gets her first 2 to 3 orgasms she can't comfortably take the action anymore so she is forced into satisfaction

Nothing wrong with hitting them back to back in principle. She needs to move them apart though.

That backwards jump into the hole of the hex bar off the bosu ball is crazy. Jump down and step into it. I can understand an injury on can game day. No need to take unnecessary risks in training imo

I already do planks and flutter kicks but that combo is crazy.

Oh I didn't see that she jumped right back, yeah that's an unecessary risk.
