I googled
I had a BBL and got botched. My Lipo was to be 360, but I have a fatty pocket above my naval and my flanks weren’t touched.I have fat necrosis in my buttocks. On my left, there is a big hard spot in the middle the size of a golf ball. On the right, there is a hard spot that is smaller. What is the technique to get my fat necrosis removed? Will I need a large incision and where? Will I be able to get fat put back as I actually like the size of my buttocks. Who can help and is the best?
6 months post op bbl. in one part of my butt, its not noticeable but once you feel my butt its a really HARD lump feels like a ball and very painful. I would be in pain when I would sit down or lay on my back. My dr told me to massage my butt and at 6 months it should be gone. Ive been massaging my butt and apply castor oil with a hot water bottle and my pain goes away but the hard lump is still there . im considering doing a second bbl with a diff dr, but would it be possible with fat necrosis?

Shorty was 189-195 lbs at 5'5 before the BBL and went down to 170 after the surgery.

ya that’s also partly why I asked the braces question even tho it’s not completely analogous...but let’s keep it real there are many ppl who get braces solely for cosmetic reasons so if that before/after pic is real then I understand
