There are many...

A woman who is real and realistic. One who is herself and not afraid to be herself. One who understands how the world and society operates and how shyt is nowadays.

Sense of humor. Would be good to find a woman where we both can entertain each other instead of the man always having to entertain and excite a woman.

Willing to work or at least don't have expensive tastes if she doesn't want to work. Cant stand a woman who will quit her job after agreeing to help u with expenses (not even half and half but just 30-40%) and then on top of that expect u to provide for her EXPENSIVE tastes. My ex-fiancé did that and it fuked me up. Some women don't understand reality and that's its hard to make it off of one income. If u do...cant have expensive tastes and enjoy urself as well as having enough to put in savings.

Compassionate, caring and nurturing. I thought it was in a woman's nature to be nurturing and caring...I've learned over the years that I was wrong about that.

Conversation and social skills. I like it when I can have a long convo with a woman that ranges from politics, current events, music, people, education and food. Its wonderful to find a woman who is well rounded.
