A good way I noticed to get someone to show their true personality is to play them in a game. It can be a video game, card game, doesn't matter. Watch how they react if they lose/losing.

Watch nikkas that are sore losers. They're emotional and don't keep them around.
Watch nikkas that start to throw personal insults , usually a sign of insecurity and an emotional nikka

I think introverts get a bad rap and get confused with people who have social deficits.

Some of my introverted friends are absolute wonders of the world. I feel lucky to have been deemed worthy of entrance into their private sphere of existence because they don’t tolerate many and find most others exhausting.
