I never understood that. Was he supposed to hit her back? Maybe, but a video of him hitting a girl would be immortalized and prolly cause him more harm.
I think his fall-off had more to do with him being emotionally unstable, using lots of drugs and becoming alienated, pretending that Dilla was Exec Producing his album and lying about talking with his mother about it, lying about his connection with Interscope and having them basically throw his debut into the bushes, he was also starting stupid beefs etc etc
His PR game was
to say the least. Then he dropped like 10 tapes at once and ALL of them were

Pretty good breh. I've narrowed down my top three tapes and they're The Pink Lavalamp, Well, Isn't This Awkward, and My Brain Is Alive. This nikka had the potential to be something mean. Conversations With God on It's Charles Hamilton is fukking classic. And he has several other gems scattered throughout his discog. He was a great talent indeed. I wished he would've had better people around him.
