I think he should aim for a sixth man role then a larger contract but someone will overpay him I think.

What does Rose's god given ability to play the game have to do with his mental approach or intelligence? Have you ever watched him play? He has tunnel vision and can't run an offense or pick and roll to save his life. Him being better at basketball than me doesn't mean my assessment is wrong.
Rose can play on a lot of teams, I don't believe the Spurs are one of them. My opinion dude.
Him being better then you means he may have a better understanding of the game then you think you can have your opinion and i can criticize it. You think a man won a mvp on god given ability with no mental capacity fukk outta here he isnt a great play maker no doubt but I blieve he can help any team if used correctly.

Derrick Rose was expected to increase his value with a fresh start. The former MVP had his highest field goal percentage since his second year in the league and his highest points per game average since 2011-12. However, he suffered a knee injury at the end of the season and underwent his fourth knee surgery before turning 30.
Now he’s back to that injury-prone label that makes it difficult for any player to ever come back from. At one point in the season, it was reported he was thinking about a max deal. Now NBA executives are saying his market value has dropped over $10 million.
Via Marc Berman of The New York Post:
According to league executives, because of his latest surgery, Rose’s market value likely dropped to the $10 million-$12 million range — above the new full mid-level exception of $8.5 million. The Timberwolves could have as much as $18 million in cap room, but Thibodeau wants to use it on at least two free agents.

No I'm not, Parker is bad as well and is a liability. But atleast he has the age excuse and loyalty has kept him around, Rose along with Melo played some of the shyttiest defense I've seen in all my years watching the Knicks

I am guessing you didn't watch any Knicks games last year. We've got guys going back to 2011, to describe who Rose is in 2017. He admitted that he had a hard time understanding the Triangle offense this past season. If someone disagrees with you, we accuse them of being white on this site. You guys got to get off that.
The Spurs are a ball movement based offense. They only ISO-for LaMarcus for the most part. Almost all of Tony Parker's isolation plays come via a high ball screen and he is known for his ability to play with pick and pop bigs like Pau, Lee and Aldridge. Check the usage rates for Rose versus any of the Spurs guards. He would be a poor fit with them.
