Yeah, basically Dre was a composition director to Scott. Told him what type of sound he was looking for and Scott composed it.

Are we talking about where Dre didn't sample or maybe just replayed a sample with credit going solely to him and no other producer getting co producer credit?

That's composing though? If that's true. I've always been under the impression Scott would just be playing around and come up with something. If he's directing the music he's composing he's just not playing it.Yeah, basically Dre was a composition director to Scott. Told him what type of sound he was looking for and Scott composed it.
The way Dre worked though would basically be a band of producers specializing in each element of the song. I could imagine them all working on something or maybe just messing around until he hears something he likes

It's gotta be some shyt off the Chronic 2001, IF we not counting co producer credit cause besides Scott like @King Musa said, Mel Man also got credit
However, Dre didn't sample a lot on that album. There's some sampling, but not a lot. So it's gotta be some song off of that album

Does In Da Club have samples?
We could also includes samples which aren't a part of the melody, so percussion
No samples in that song but, Mike Elizondo is credited as a co-producer on the track.
