There's zero hope for them dudes, it was a terrible idea from the get go.
Don't get me wrong, they nice solo, but not as a group.

Em never signed good artists other than Fif, I mean he had Bizzareeeeeeee

Yela has potential for a niche market. Sell respectable numbers but he will never reach the heights of a Macklemore or Eminem. He COULD have an accidental smash if things happened at the right time but not likely.

Slaughterhouse. He/they need to stop trying to be pop hit makers and just make the shyt their fans want to hear. They have the potential to have decent enough sales.

Exactly. Each and every one of them, have a crazy following of die hard fans. But they never make much music, to support what those fans want.

I don't think Yela even could do well in his niche if he has one
He's super horrible! I mean such wackness mann....

While you may be speaking some truth I think they are such different artists they can't do well together.
Before anything it's just a bad pairing.

Ortiz teamed up with buddens? Really?
And man, Royce has become so very wack now, his bars are so sub-par, he still got some flow in him tho, but he became wack

they have a niche but their crossover attempts sound too forced to gain many new fans while alienating much of their core audience.

The first album was average the mixtape was dope but thw second album was garbage. That being said i still have high hopes for that third. I just fell they can pull it off they just need some production that fits their style

If these guys do have a niche market, it is not very big.
Both these 2 albums combined sold around 300k. If it costs about $10 per album, that means they brought $3 million to interscope.
That has to cover the costs of producers, features, promotion, distribution, etc. of both albums, pay the artists, and give em and jimmy a cut.
Neither of these acts are huge touring stars OR put out big singles, so the show money and single sales money is not there.
I simply can not see how they were wise investments for eminem at all

Use them as a tax write off. Aside from that, nothing. I tried to tell people back when he signed them it was a terrible idea but Budden fans were :blessed: and wouldn't listen to logic.

both Yela & Slaughterhouse tour fairly extensively from what i've seen. Slaughterhouse were on tour with Tech N9ne a few years ago & Tech tours like no one else in the industry pretty much. they didn't do every date but they did a fair bit. i'm pretty sure they were down here in the last year as well so they obviously tour around the world. Yela is the same, he has been spittin for a long time now, his live show is pretty good apparently, so he has a following and can tour.

Arenas aren't the only place to make money touring.
