I have 2 theories:

1. The suspect initially started targeted homeless people in bayou park and eventually upgraded to targeting minorities once he realized, he could get away with it.
2. Some pụssy ass white supremacists are looking for soft targets, ambushing and knocking them unconscious and tossing there bodies in bayou's around Houston.

The detectives are unable to detect marks or wounds so they don't suspect foul play but if a victim is knocked unconscious, it's hard to get an accurate autopsy.

Damn. This is the first I'm hearing about it. Definitely scary stuff. I know the police have probably looked into whether or not they are related, but the fact they haven't come straight out and said that that isn't the case, at least according to the video in the OP, is concerning.
