What's good on SSD hard drives?

in my opinion, you should cop at least the 256gb one, cuz once you upgrade, you will realize that its the best upgrade you could possibly make to your pc, and you will want to store everything up on your ssd to have faster loading times and out of general laziness.

i think ssds are a must, anyone that doesnt have one in their computer is a near garbage of a human being

they are also getting cheaper and cheaper. agility 3 120 goes for 67$ after rebate today. i spent about $300 on my samsung 256 ssd for my mbp many months ago, and it would be still worth it at $2 per gig

The video above highlights the issue pretty clearly. At 1:07 or so, and then a couple times more, you see the system seize up a bit with an anti-virus scan running in the background, even with a capable CPU and a high-end graphics card. Compare that to the video below, complemented by an SSD. Performance is smooth (even consistent?) throughout.
