i don't often ask for help probably because i am used to doing my own thing and even helping other people. when you are that person that everyone depends on, it's like , who can I even ask for help if I needed it

I dont ask for help under any circumstance since I was 13yrs old. I will do without until I can do so myself. Ive always been like that. So apologizing. That shyt turns my stomach but I will do it if its warranted.
