It's a good thing, too. Our generation fell too in love with going all digital for the convenience that we didn't think ahead about how we just gave more control corporations and we get less overall.
And the players to go with it. A few years back I bought 2 Sony 4k players, the last one I picked up at Best Buy for $249 back in 2023. Just sold it on eBay yesterday for $300. Never in my life would I have thought something like that would go up in price. Just checked Best Buy, it's priced at $349 now.
