What's It Like Being A Man?

I got to thinking about this last night, the differences between masculinity and femininity, how they compliment and aggravate each-other. Since my point of view has only ever been from a female perspective, coli brehs give me a clue as to what being male is like.. What does your masculinity mean to you socially and as a social construct, in your upbringing, family (immediate and extended) and/or in relationships with the opp sex.

It generally means I want to be independent, and powerful in my own right. "Make a name for myself," so to speak.

In relations with the opposite sex I want to carry that "Alpha" ideal that so many internet nerds strive for. I mostly just want to be completely attractive to the opposite sex without compromising any of who I am as a person.
