Im using Delta as my example cause that's the airline I fly most outside of Virgin
Business Class >> 1st Class
Most domestic flights are in 2-Class configuration airplanes
I.E. Boeings 737, 757 Airbus a319, a320 and in your case any McDonald Douglass MD-Series airplane
These flights offer 1st Class and Coach
1st class domestically is never worth the ticket price
but most people in 1st class are flying it for free thru there business
1st class domestically will get you a bigger seat with more room
all amenities will be free as well as alcohol and meals
Example:
Now let me discuss Business Class
They are found on larger airplanes
I.E. Boeings 767, 777, 787, 747 Airbus A330 A340 A380
They are the premium seats in the 3-class system and are the shyt
While 1st class seats internationally will still be similar to domestic
Business class seats are arranged for most airlines as pods and feature 'lie flat seats'
This is the shyt
If you've flown Business Class on an international flight thats 8 or more hours
you'll never want to fly coach internationally again
POD style arrangements are amazing and the food is non-airline-like
imagine getting all you can eat prawns and alcohol
Simply amazing
So in conclusion
You could possibly afford a 1st class ticket
($2000 for SF-NY)
Aint no nikkas on this site flying business class and paying for it internationally
($10000+ SF-LON)
That's why having a good position at a great company with international connections is
and to add a lil more to this
We are starting to see charter airlines catch-up to regional and domestic carriers regarding luxery travel
Flying on a business jet is now affordable
They charge for the plane/gas
So for example
You can charter a flight from LA to SF for $5000 that fits 4 people
so in essence
for $1,250 a pop you can travel like an exec
be sure to take pictures and post it on social media to shyt on your friends
