I was thinking about taking a job out there. Heard the apts and even the homes are pretty cheap compared to out east. And no state income tax.

nikka it's 101 today and that's cool imo! Summer is about over because them 110 plus days are over lol. Winters is like 50s and it gets very windy out here.
There's crime but this ain't LA or Chicago or even Phoenix. Also alot of homeless people out here. The unemployment rate is one of the worst in the country. This city is literally for the hustle and bustle type. It's very easy to get caught up in some shyt out here.
How do you become a hustle and bustle type?
Would I be able to find employment there. I am 30 years old and am unemployed. I have a two year degree in Business Management and 60,000 in student loan debt.

Definitely wait cuz the city wide construction is awful right now. I love it here tho. Stick to the script and you will eat out here but we really ain't about no bullshyt. Don't fukk ANYONE over if you plan on living here because the comminity is kinda small. Outside of summer, weather is good if you like dry. It's windy as shyt tho.
People who say they get bored here are boring. There is mad dining and entertainment. Crime varies on your area but if you do you and dont look like a mark, you're good. Have a weapon tho.
I say come on out if you got a level head. If not, stick to this as a vacation spot.

Get into entertaining any way you can. Strip, bounce, hospitality, or drive until you get the job you really want. We always got service jobs and a lot are good enough that you can do them for life.

it's alright though. Living in Vegas introduced me to the entrepreneur and hustle spirit. Something I thought I never had in me honestly. Vegas is all about "who knows you" in this city. If your some one into hospitality or sales field, this the place to be.
One of easiest job to start off with as famous hustle and bustle is the promoter gig for clubs. I tried it before, you can make money but imo being a club promoter is something you have to have a passion for. I'm not a night life dude like that and not into scamming people over.

And you right, i dont know anyone that uses their degree besides lawyers and doctors. This dude better try to get into a gaming job or sumn.

It's not a lot of black people here but we here. And while race matters everywhere, it's not so bad in Vegas. It's mostly about green and shaking the right hands. I live in Henderson on the edge of Paradise. It's pretty evenly split between white and mexican, with a fair amount of black and asian. We might have more africans than black people tbh.
