Offensively/scoring he's a powderkeg but what you gonna do with him defensively? If you play him at point he might not be an issue defensively but does he have the playmaking? Put him at the 2 and I think your looking at a Monte type issue defensively where he just get's abused by bigger guards.

He's good defensively. Not on the level of Fox, but he's good.

Cal wanted him to focus more on that end of the court and he embraced it.

I'd be more worried about his consistency as a scorer.

If he goes to a team with a playmaking wing(Philly, Miami), can Monk be a 20ppg on good efficiency?

Probably not anytime soon

He could be an efficient scorer in Miami, but not while putting up 20ppg

And he could put up 20 a game in Philly but not efficiently

If he goes to Philly, he can be the "pg" like Kyrie is, wouldn't that mean he gets a fair amount of open looks due to playing with a slasher in Ben?
