What's more embarrassing a grown man never dunking a basketball or never benching at least 225?

Oof. This is good. I make fun of my friend for plenty of random things but he really hate when I bring up that he never dunked. I ask him how you somebody's father and you aint never dunked before?

Most grown men likely couldn't get 135 up once. 225 is a hefty goal.

I’ve never done either. On track to get 225 up by fall though, fingers crossed. The majority of humanity can’t do both lol

If you got 2 arms and weigh more than about 140 lbs as a man you can bench 225 if you try for like 3 months.
