It seems like the most homophobic people are borderline obsessed with gay sex. Not to mention, multiple politicians and preachers who argue against gay marriage have actually been caught having homosexual relationships. The comedy is too much.

I believe it's immoral, but, let's not act like heterosexuals don't desecrate the institution, also.
I would have be cool with them, just, havin' civil unions.
Marriage has a lot of spiritual connotations and your not goin' get other people to put that to the side. So, I don't see why ppl are surprised by the opposition.
Let's not even get into how sex is starting to be separated of the actual biology of human reproduction.

-children, animals, and dead people can't give legally acceptable consent.
-polygamy isn't accepted yet because it'd be a tax nightmare and we'd have to rewrite all that stuff.
-incest might be next but the fact that it can lead to damaged children is gonna keep it out of the public view for a bit.
