- Make it more serious, shyt is too cartoonish
- Bring back street gangs/crime organizations and make territories matter again
- Multiple Cities like NY, LA, Chicago
- Make all or damn near all buildings able to be entered.
- Use venues with actual purposes. For example, I should be able to take flights at the airport. I should be able to gamble at the Casino.
- Actually use the prison system instead of having it just for show. They could create a whole game off that.
- Allow us to create our own character
- Shooting system is ass

Dual wielding need tocome back and cheat codes that actually make the game fun again like peds riot, flying cars, etc. That's where Rockstar fell off. Cheat codes add hundreds of hours of replay value. I perfer just 1 or 2 main characters also. More building interiors, being able to rob stores like Vice City, bring back the malibu club.

Just keep dropping new DLC and include some expansion packs to bring in Liberty City , Vice etc . And introduce a new city...tweak a few other things and Rockstar games will continue to have one of the dopest games of all time
