Enjoy LeBron next season Cleveland. It will be his last on the Cavs.

There is nothing they can do. They need more firepower and no way to get it. Nobody wants Loves contract enough to the level you would get something worthy in return. Did I see a few of you say trade Thompson? WHO THE FUKK IS TAKING THAT NIQQAS $84,000,000 CONTRACT AFTER HE JUST PUT UP ZERO POINTS AND 3 REBOUNDS IN A CRUCIAL GAME??? Thompson has a TOTAL of 11 rebounds in the 3 games.

There is nothing they can do thats going to give them what they need to beat GS. KD is lame for going there but whats done is done. You are watching a dynasty in the making. Best bet to challenge them next year is if CP3 gives up that $52 milly and goes to the Spurs.

First off, they don't need to trade Kevin Love. The man is their only serviceable low post scorer and he gives you elite rebounding while being able to shoot from the outside efficiently.

2nd, They need to trade Thompson, Shumpert and drop D-Will. Derrick Williams needs more minutes. Signing Thompson to that big ass contract was stupid even at that moment. All he gives you are hustle plays and offensive rebounding.

3rd, Bron needs to keep working on his 3 ball and relinquish his control of the offense. This will be Kyrie's team in 2 years.

LeBron needs to increase his free throw percentage as well so he can be crucial down the stretch. I think shopping around Thompson and Shrimp for Dwight Howard and Tony Allen is also a good bet. And also I think Kyrie should be the primary playmaker and the offense should flow through him with LeBron on the wing. It would help spread the defense out instead of leaving it clustered towards top of the key. If I were LeBron I would call Paul to tell him to enter FA as well. Maybe release D-Will Jefferson fyre to free up money for a backup big man

Getting sick of people bringing up cleveland's so-called bad contracts....Most nba teams have bad contracts. The nba salary cap will continue to go up over the next 5 years. So more lucrative contract will get signed.Which means current bad contracts will start to look like bargains.Cleveland just won the champion,so they had to anti up.Next year cleveland's projected payroll is 130m....Portland's is 142m.....charlottes' is 112m.........142m to be a 8th seed.....112m and not even make the playoffs......at Least Thompson,Smith and Shump helped the cavs win a championship.

B.Biyambo(orl):4yr/70m
E.Turner(por):4 yr/70
C.Parsons(mem):4 yr/94m
Etc,etc,etc......

Some sucker team is gonna give Ibaka 4 yr/80-90m...and give O.Porter 5 yr/112-125m..

K.Love is cleveland best trade asset.....as good as Love is,the cavs have played their best ball against GS when Love.has played his worst/or not at all.

Could C.Bosh be an option ? sign Bosh then trade Love

Cleveland will still have a mid level exception...and i'm sure they'll purchase some draft picks.

Cleveland will have plenty of options.

I went through every NBA roster and made a realistic list of every player the cavs could get during the offseason.

Starting center:
Valanciunas-Trade
Vucevic-Trade...take back Biyombo's contract as part of the trade
M.Plumlee-sign/Trade

Starting PF
C.Bosh-Wants to play again....cavs could sign Bosh,then trade Love for a all-star caliber C/SG

Backup pg:
Corey Joseph-Trade
Beno Udrith-vet minimum
S.Livingston-mid level exception
Ty Lawson-Sign
M.Carter-Williams-sign(similar to Livingston)

Backup sg:
JR Smith-Demotion to the bench

T.Snell-Trade
D.Green-Trade

Backup F
D. Williams-Would cost cleveland almost nothing
Bagdanovic-Sign
Mirotic-Sign
K.Faried-Trade
T.Young-Trade
D.Carroll-Trade

Backup f/C
T.Thompson-Demotion to the bench
G.Monroe-Trade
