You don't trade OBJ. Skill-wise, NYG is as loaded as it gets. Their issue is a trash offensive line that doesn't provide time for their playmakers to make plays or for a stationary target who is prone to turnovers to properly assess the field and make throws.
What NYG has to do is slog through this dumpster fire of a season and AGGRESSIVELY target every top-tier free agent O-lineman out there (defense needs some help too, but that OL takes precedence). You draft the best one available in April/May.
If possible, maybe look at a legit backup QB/stop-gap in case Eli falls off a cliff as the season progresses.
