What's so great about New York City?

Somebody explain to me how anyone making under 50 G's a year can love the city...

I have a friend who does this, living in a fukking apartment the size of a closet in Brooklyn

That being said, NYC is the shyt. But I calculated it, and with student loans and taxes and shyt you gotta make like 70k to live comfortable.

I'll take Chicago over NYC for the time being. Yeah, it's hood and dangerous, but you can live in/near a big ass city (and be close to all that cities provide) for fairly cheap.

Born in NYC, moved to Austin, Texas about 5-6 years ago still attending University...doubt I'd move back regardless of income

I definitely miss certain aspects but I visit every summer so I it's a win win​
