Hes an entertainer who pays them for protection.

Dang, while there were other rappers who were really in gangs and put in work, Weezy mainstreamed "gang life/paraphernalia" and brought that into suburban homes.

Every nikka got a rag/colors on now. I even started seeing a couple lil pups around the DMV claiming gang life. But it's still mostly neighborhoods you gotta watch out for around here
