I don't think Governments wants to be on the hook if the true amount of paternity fraud is exposed. It's better to keep this janky system to keep men in the dark.

Assuming that the Govt were to make DNA testing mandatory - you'll see an uptick of abortions, because it's not like female behavior is gonna change to decrease their power and freedom.

I think no one is forcing you to sign the paternity papers at birth. If you wre not sure the child is yours get a paternity test on your own. Why should the government save you from cuckoldry because you're too scared of offending your woman by asking for the test?

This. I told my kids mom that no matter the circumstances I want a paternity after birth before I sign any birth certificate.

Her family tried to reject along the way and I told them all not personal, strictly business.

Sure enough one of her uncles got trapped in a situation and he told them at a family dinner that he should’ve been like me instead of leading with his emotions. He’s lucky he caught the scheme while The kid was still young.


In my situation, I was sure the kids was mind but why take a risk when you can confirm it 100%.
