My advice is to be ok about making mistakes done after you've researched something to your best ability. In other words, take educated risks ....you're young and you can explore without being detrimental...also create a folder or files, so you can have easier access to information you've already researched.....you only get better too. That means schools, jobs, small business, partnerships, etc.
Learn about personal financing. I think there was a guy up here explaining how to recycle loans in credit unions to get your credit straight, and obtain business loans too. Lot of people up here that know better than me about investing and stuff like that.
I would say go to a coding academy. Even if you go to regular 4 year school in a totally different field. Learn how to code at a decent level in one of these 3 month intense schools.
Get licenses and/or certifications in your field or not in your field. These are marketable, and are basically VIP cards, being that so many industries are regulated, you need a pass to move into them.
Then also learn at least one other language proficiently (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, etc). You can communicate with hundreds of millions of more people just learning one of the largest languages..and traveling and business opportunities can expand as well...even though technology is getting better.
Network (real business networking, not Tinder networking). Join organizations in the area/field you want to be part of in the future. Don't do it just to make money....per se, but literally try and build relationships with people.
