What's the best router out here for ~ $100?

My apartment is 900 sq feet, 1 bedroom. I also want to be reasonably future proof in case we start getting gigabit internet in LA or NYC. I got a laptop, couple of smartphones, a PS4 Pro, a Scorpio later this year, and a 4k tv. Sometimes girlfriends stay over and they got their own gadgets. What can handle all of this in a stable way without much troubleshooting?
