I never got into streaming devices because anything with a web browser can stream (some better than others) but I use my consoles mostly.

Anything that is streamed comes from a website so find the websites

Nvidia Shield. Think it's $149. You don't need to get the other more expensive one unless you plan on playing games on it.

The first gen Nvidia Shield is still a good device also, that can be had for much cheaper.

Apple TV 4k is the most powerful but limited by the OS. Nvidia shield probably got the most capability hands down.

Roku ultra or fire TV stick Max just works

Threw 2/3 of my shields in the bushes for Apple TVs, but either are heads and shoulders above the other alternatives.
