I lived in Japan for 3 years. California Roll is not even real sushi. It has no raw fish. Its the taco bell taco to real sushi. Made for americans who aint cultured.

Nigiri is the way to go. Fatty Tuna, Salmon, Sea Bass, Snapper, Sea Urchin. Its plenty.
