Best is Turtles in Time hands down. It was great on arcade and the console.

After that TMNT the arcade game, and Then the manhattan project.


I can already tell that the new one coming out is probably going to be the best... or 2nd best.

I think I'm in the minority but I think first TMNT arcade game is better than Turtles In Time. It just feels better
