What's the best way to learn c#, C++, JAVA etc for free with certs?

any good free online course or apps I could use?
Download an IDE (I prefer eclipse for Java, and I would do Java if I were you).
Start looking at basic code and replicating and then changing it.
For you to understand how things like classes, constructors, inheritience, etc work, you may need some outside teaching like youtube videos.
But when it comes to coding, your only limit is your passion.
I know 13 year olds who are self taught who are better than some Devs we employ.
Ok I only know one 13 year old like that, but still you get my point.

I'd suggest youtube and other tutorial site for the basics.
And books for advanced development work.

if you want a course you can type a language +"edu" into google you will find lecture materials from universities that their course work online. in the link below i googled c# .edu and found introductory courses for c#.
