Gotta build it yourself and probably spend $600-$800

Not a fan of extreme budget builds as they go obsolete very soon and they don't perform well on all games.

Look for one of those Acer builds with the core i5 haswell and then stick a 750 Ti in there for about $500 total.

If you want to spend a bit more, then a $600 budget should get you VR Ready and crush the PS4 and should be slightly better than the NEO. Slightly under what the Scorpio will be.

go to pcpartpicker website and just build one yourself.. if you are on a budget, you can still get a good pc. but if i were you, i would try to save more money so i can get a really high end PC ... it is well worth the investment..

Best advice I can tell you is to take your time with your build, buy it piece buy piece until you have what you need, it is well worth the wait. If you need help with the parts I can whip you up something that will tell you how much you will need and what parts you want to get.
