This a reasonable take. If the black community is to exist as a patriarchy then we as men have to take up the burden of being leaders in these type of situation's, even if we would have otherwise bared no personal responsibility in two parents being deadbeats to their children (Or at least it applies to the men who aren't time poor and are well established at least).

I guess the other question is, is everybody in the community okay with it being a patriarchal one? What do women want? Because if we're going for equality and the abolishment of gender roles then men aren't obligated to do anything when it comes to other people's personal failings, nor should they be held accountable en masse if no one is a leader by design (People SHOULD still mentor kids regardless though, the only thing in contention now is the obligation part).
We would have to destroy the Black Gynocracy (supported by the system of white supremacy) and replace it with an economically viable Black Patriarchy. We can’t do that without the help of Black women. It starts with Black females protecting their wombs. Then we can go from there, friend.

THAT IS A DISCUSSION THAT NEEDS TO BE HAD.

My question to Umar:

How do you lead people who constantly reject that leadership, correction, warnings etc?

How do you lead people who constantly tell you they don't need you and can do better without you?

OP asked about the MESSAGE (a take), and you went on a rant about the MESSENGER.

Need to be able to separate the two breh.

The message, on it's own - IS A GOOD ONE.

It's basically the message of men taking back responsibility over their neighborhoods and the boys/children in it.

Regardless of what the women are doing, or how they're acting.

It doesn't have to be as dramatic as he outlined. Literally taking care of other people's children.

It could be a basic as TAKE CARE OF YOUR KIDS, regardless of what their mother does.

Now, as you outlined, it seems like he's a living contradiction to the message.

Maybe so.

And maybe he's really speaking and broadcasting a message TO HIMSELF, disguised as advice for Black men as a while.

Which is ok too. When we're strictly discussing ideas.

The next step is for someone to hold a mirror up to him and hold him accountable to take his own advice.
That poster is a known c00n sympathizer, doesn’t care about any communal issues. People like that need to just sit these kinds of convos out. If you want to be an individualist that’s cool just shut the fukk up about community conversations and stick to yourself :hubie:

He's pandering. He needs to preach accountability to women the same way its been preached to BM since the 70s.

In 2023 there's 11 forms of birth control +abortion. You can also get the morning after pill from a vending machine or the Walgreens 24/7 drive through;

Excluding outliers like rape victims, there is no reason for a woman to be pregnant with an OOW child in 2023 unless she wants to be.
EDIT: mentorship isn't the solution; it's reactive. We need to be proactive and remove incentives for women to carelessly have kids by Pookie in the first place. But we aren't ready for a discussion on welfare.
nikkas want to be passive “leaders” :mjlol: Instantly deflecting to welfare

I will not be shamed into saving “the community” for peoples bad decisions that aren’t being held accountable.

I don’t care about being a leader, I don’t care how many names i get called and I don’t care how anyone feels about it.

If I want to help I will. I do and will continue to do so.
But being shamed as a person who’s not on fukk shyt, to clean up others’ bullshyt as our community continues to spiral into degeneracy, with no pushback; is where I draw the line.

I want off the grid with my family and I don’t care if I never see another person again. Black or white. Y’all got it.
This is the truth for a lot of cats :ehh: It’s ok to admit it

Umar has two kids he does not take care of and is constantly getting hauled into court because he does not pay

He admitted that he does not even see his kids and his youngest he had no idea what her middle name was until he was in child support court for not paying

He admitted that he pays his child support in “bulk” Meaning he waits until he is threatened with loss of license/passport before he pays the minimum

The court has been trying for years to determine his income and have been forced to set his child support at minimum wage. The court also ordered that he get a job but he ignores it.

He galavants around the country telling people what to do with their kids but he almost NEVER talks about his kids. Never takes them with him. Never shows them

He admitted that he cannot see his youngest without supervision. So he got mad and refuses to see her

He has made two single mothers and married neither. He did have a mock wedding to two different women tho

He wants the black community to be where the “village” raises the children. He pushes this. This way the responsibility is off of HIM to raise his own seeds. He thinks this is a better model than having a committed relationship and marrying one woman and taking care of your own kids

Umar is not credible in this convo at all
I guess the question OP is what does Dr.Umar think of this?

Every community looks to it's men as leaders and protectors. Success or failure the men shoulder that responsibility. Hell, this extends to damn near every species known to man. Could the fact that we even consider shifting the blame onto our women be an indication of our failure as men?
Bottom Line: Many black men want the benefits of having a black patriarchy but don't want the responsibilities of creating it. Black men think going to other men's patriarchy is a form of success that naturally places you inferior to those men in their patriarchy.

The sooner y’all realize you’re not going to create this mythical 1800s patriarchal society in modern times and control black women the better off we’ll be

nikka been chasing after broads that hate their guts and sabotage them since we got put in chains.

When are you going to learn that this is what they WANT?

White men don’t even have control of their women and that’s who y’all idolize.

Either you’re going to subjugate them or not. There’s no half stepping.

“I’m a feminist and respect my woman but I lead the community and pay for everything but she tells me what to do” is basically what nikkas try do now and the shyt is goofy and always fails

Either tell the bytches to make better choice or take away some rights.
This is false. Most white women are definitely not with the feminist agenda. Most white women indirectly or directly support the white patriarchy. Most top-earning white women professionals from top-tier universities eventually get married in the early stage of their careers to become stay-at-home wives for high-earning white men. Stop spreading misinformation. The only white women, you see working past 40 are either lesbians, not attractive, don't have a strong family structure or the super type A women whose masculine energy turns off most men,

They select them based on cultural incentives. It's a fundamental trait of a society to push this or that incentive. And it's up to men that lead the society to correct, rectify or amplify those inventives. It's called power. The problem is that black men are powerless and some want to stay like that.
Bingo. Most black men are powerless and most don't see anything wrong with this situation. Eventually, powerless men get exterminated politically, socially, and physically.

Agreed although I'm not sure I'd call it purely individualistic. It seems almost like something more child-like. We've got multiple generations who see themselves as little more than a victim, so there is no sense of individual pride or community connection. A victim who can blame his or her struggles on outside forces while taking zero responsibility for anything they do. This applies to men who refuse to pursue higher education or trades because they see no value in working hard. This applies to women who allow themselves to get pregnant multiple times while blaming men instead of questioning their decisions. Then you get to those who leverage victimhood for personal gain, like the #OscarsSoWhite begging we see yearly at awards shows from black elites.

This leads to a state of stagnation and paralysis. There are a lot of people who have just enough to get by - meaning they can purchase a phone, pay for service, eat at a nice restaurant here or there, flash money on the gram, etc. That's enough for them to live vicariously. It's a mental barrier that needs to be destroyed.

We need a complete cultural realignment when it comes to this mindset, as well as concepts of success. Having large groups of young people who literally do not believe in working, who think "owning a business" means collecting a chick and taking pictures on a beach, and who have no real concept of professional jobs is a problem. We've got grown ass men and women shytting on 9-5 jobs as if most high earning, six figure jobs are not 9-5s. Doctor? Lawyer? Engineer? Banker? Those are 9-5 jobs.
This is mostly due to media and most recently with social media. Most people but especially black people do not need to have access to too much media and social media because most don't have the tools to determine what's true and what's fake.
