Basically this and what @General Mills and @At30wecashout posted.This is not realistic at all and rooted in complete delusion.
Individualistic actions will not fix systemic problems.
Black men have to deal with inflation, rising cost of rent, rising cost of homes, rising cost of tuition, stagnant wages, and also take time out of their 40-60 hour work week to mentor someone else's kids.
Instead of telling women to stop choosing aint shyt nikkas and having their kids, the responsibility is on the black men that are actually doing what they're supposed to be doing while getting no reward from it lmao....yeah aight

I noticed that whenever I see someone talking about how productive black men need to clean up someone else’s mess, 99% of the time the person making the statement is a fukking deadbeat themselves.
Most of these “save the community because it’s the masculine thing to do” clowns can’t relate to having a busy schedule, so it’s easy for them to talk about what the next man should be doing.
I’m on vacation at the moment, but since the start of this year I’ve been working about 55 hours a week.
In addition to that I have other obligations outside of work that I have to worry about, such as my own well-being and my relationships.
I don’t have time to handle my own business and then also try and play community step daddy to everyone else’s child.
Too many of our skin folk are just irresponsible and want to shame the next man into dealing with the outcomes of their poor decisions.
A guy who has been saying for the past 5 years that he's opening up FDMG academy, but the school remains unopened, HVAC-less, and he continues to talk while being frustrated over Black men talking too much.
The same man that says Black men need to start being active in these young Black boys lives, is the same man who has yet to open up his academy for Black boys because he is busy doing speaking engagements.

Umar has two kids he does not take care of and is constantly getting hauled into court because he does not pay
He admitted that he does not even see his kids and his youngest he had no idea what her middle name was until he was in child support court for not paying
He admitted that he pays his child support in “bulk” Meaning he waits until he is threatened with loss of license/passport before he pays the minimum
The court has been trying for years to determine his income and have been forced to set his child support at minimum wage. The court also ordered that he get a job but he ignores it.
He galavants around the country telling people what to do with their kids but he almost NEVER talks about his kids. Never takes them with him. Never shows them
He admitted that he cannot see his youngest without supervision. So he got mad and refuses to see her
He has made two single mothers and married neither. He did have a mock wedding to two different women tho
He wants the black community to be where the “village” raises the children. He pushes this. This way the responsibility is off of HIM to raise his own seeds. He thinks this is a better model than having a committed relationship and marrying one woman and taking care of your own kids

It's basically the message of men taking back responsibility over their neighborhoods and the boys/children in it.
Regardless of what the women are doing, or how they're acting.
It doesn't have to be as dramatic as he outlined. Literally taking care of other people's children.
It could be a basic as TAKE CARE OF YOUR KIDS, regardless of what their mother does.
Now, as you outlined, it seems like he's a living contradiction to the message.

My female cousins grew up in the suburbs with both parents but all they date are pookie and ray rays. They don’t want to go a conference or upscale spot to meet a quality blk man. Hell one of the guys they dated got killed and still didn’t learn their lesson. IT’s CULTURAL

I believe the first thing he said was that pookies and Ray rays shouldn't even be a thing , or at least not as common.
I do not listen to the ravings of a hypocrite, pushing an ideology that would benefit him personally since he does not take care of his own children. Out here pandering for donations, creating the single mothers he wants responsible brothers to take accountability for.
Black men who have done right in their lives by not creating unwed mothers and by building up their wealth in order to be able to take care of a family of their own, are not responsible for picking up the pieces the poor decision makers in our community create. One of those poor decisions makers being himself, the Dr. of Donations Gathering.
Some may not know this, but the data proves that majority of Black men are not the problem. Since that is the case, the majority of Black men should not be admonished to take responsibility for acts we have not committed. We can try to help those who actually are attempting to do better for themselves, but we are not at all responsible for the poor outcomes people are choosing for themselves. Especially when information is easily available to help them avoid the problems in the first place.

Just even the basics, we've all heard it and it's been parroted here and all over the internet a thousand times. For one try to avoid having kids with men you don't see a sustainable relationship with. There's a whole bunch of stuff you could say to both men and women but I only see Umar ever saying things to men.
Like I said the situation is complex and there're a lot of moving parts. For one: what is leading? Is it taking care of other men's kids? There's only so much time and energy we have in day, in a changing economy with rising cost of living and inflation. Creating blended families is a solution but everyone has to be on board for it to work. Collectively increasing our net worth? Tell me how that's working out for asian men who are high earners yet their women are the biggest wenches around. Teaching knowledge of self could help mitigate that problem.
I can tell what isn't going to work, and that's pandering to one side while putting the onus solely on the other.

I don't fukk with Umar at all and think he's a con man. He also clearly has issues in his own personal life, with his own children, that need to be addressed before anyone takes him seriously on families.
I do agree with part of his point about leadership though. For some black men, they don't actually want to be leaders - they just want to know that The Leader is a black man. Meaning it's not your responsibility and you aren't doing anything, but you feel good knowing a black man is leading somewhere...some place. That's the type of hands off approach that birthed BLM and allowed white media to champion a handful of (Marxist) black women who ended up being crooks. And by that time when respectable black men like Michael Brown's dad came out and said hold on, they are not giving any money to actual black communities, they were able to say "this is anti-black women hate" and shut the criticism down.
I think people need to ask what is your responsibility as a black man, and what is leadership to you. Is it to sit on the internet all day and make fun of single mothers? Is it to sit around on the internet arguing about 50/50 bills and high value men and building with a grown man who doesn't have his shyt together? Or is it to improve your community? That doesn't mean black lawyers need to live in the hood. But black men need to play a role in their community and it needs to be a coordinated effort. That means helping your school district, volunteering at the Big Broth Big Sister clubs, finding young black boys to mentor, etc. None of that costs money, just time. If we had been doing that over the last couple decades there would have been no avenue in which BLM and white media could do what they did.
