THing is this aint nothing new. SOme of these homes i have been in that are built like this were built in the 1970s and 80s. Here is an example.

This is a pic of my girl's master bathroom. I opened to the the little "toilet room" so you can see it. It's a huge bathroom and i'm standing by the first sink (not shown) and you can see the second sink on the left and on the right you have the bathtub, the shower and "the toilet room" right next to the shower.

I know in cities like NY you may not see this often because apartments and bathrooms tent to be smaller but this is fairly common in other places. Her house was built in the 80s and shes been in it since 2009 if im not mistaken.
