This guy clearly could have left a legacy for the whole world to see but him not being a disciplined individual stopped that from happening. LOL he is delusional to say that he is better that his uncle Bret. Apparently "Goof" means child predator.

Canadian Wrestling Elite announced yesterday that Teddy Hart, nephew of WWE Hall of Famer Bret "Hitman" Hart, is unable to appear on their upcoming "New Heights" tour in Canada due to "legal circumstances in Texas."

"It is with great disappointment we have learned today that due to legal circumstances in Texas beyond our control Teddy Hart will be UNABLE to appear as scheduled in Calgary, Winnipeg, and Thunder Bay," they announced on Facebook. "Although we anticipate this situation will reveal itself in the public eye soon enough it isn't our place to discuss Mr. Hart's legal situation right now and the consequences of it. However it is our place to be honest with our fans who are very loyal and supportive of the brand."

According to a report on Pro Wrestling Sheet following CWE's announcement, Hart was arrested on New Year's Day after attempting to run away from police and evade arrest after being stopped for "a hazardous traffic violation" in Arlington, Texas. It was noted that he was allegedly intoxicated and operating a vehicle without the consent of the owner, and is in jail with bail set at $6,500.
