You'd have a point if he was over 35.

He's still young enough to be in the league and hasn't even been out for 2 whole years yet. He's still got a decent chance. Pros have been called back for different circumstances in the past, he just has to stay in shape.
So his kids are supposed to go without health insurance while he tries to keep his NBA dreams alive to reach that 10 year threshold?

I'm sure it's a lot of those dudes in the G-League doing odd jobs while keeping their NBA dreams alive and he wouldn't be the exception to that. Fortunately for him, he's made millions more compared to those G-League athletes.

You're just going to be hard pressed finding many people feeling sympathy for a millionaire.

:dwillhuh:
How do you know his kids don't have health insurance now? We don't.

The thing about being a 10 year player is that your kids can get lifetime benefits. That is what this is about. It's not about today. It's about 10, 20, 40 years from now.

There aren't too many jobs you can get out there that will give your dependents health insurance for their rest of their lives.

So if he doesn't get those lifetime benefits, then what? It's a lot of other players or former players in the league in a similar situation that missed out on the criteria eventhough they were close to it. Why should he the exception where teams bend over backwards to give him that opportunity? If you do it for him, then the floodgates open for other stories as well.

Like I said, you're going to be hard pressed at finding people feeling sympathy for a millionaire especially one where you see his wife spending lavishly as she does.

You can feel however you want to feel about it, as long as you get the facts straight.

Or they could come out and clear up a lot of these misconceptions on his own especially considering people are now out here thinking that she’s a gold digger wasting money when it could be used towards the exact thing that they’re asking for.

I mentioned that in my previous post, but at a certain point—actions speak louder than words, being autistic doesn’t mean you’re an idiot. He’s not autistic enough to be mentally impaired.

Yeah autistic doesn’t mean retarded in general just socially. A lot of autistic people have extremely high IQ’s

Plus there are levels on the spectrum. Some autistic people have mild cases like Asperger where you can barely tell they have it and have you have more severe cases where they can barely speak like Kawhi

I posted about Snell in the Bronny thread to make a point about bad stats and wondered if he got his situation straight.

From the updates, looks like he didn’t.

Unfortunately his wife is going to bleed him dry if he doesn’t get away from her. And even if he does, she’s going to take him for alimony and child support. Imagine going to have to go play overseas because the lawyers are going to argue that he could make a certain amount by playing over there, so the judge orders you to pay that.

Choose better autistic hooper-brehs. :smh:
