yeah she wasn't a major character but there were little things i liked about her once I watched the movie again later when I was a lot older that I picked up on. Like how she kinda baby's doughboy because he's the oldest, but already kinda wrote him off and has her hopes in Ricky. or how she says to Trey's dad "how come you never come play cards with us"...little things like that add up and you're like "

when they brought ricky home on the couch, that was some powerful acting from her. that scene is fukkin horrific

Top 10. But Boyz N the hood is 1 of those movies that with time, I haven't had a desire to go back and watch and when I have, it's no longer as riveting as it once was to me back in the day.
