People started calling D Wade D Whistle cause of that 2006 finals. It was just seeming like you just couldn’t touch him in anyway or the refs was gonna call a foul. But I don’t think people were necessarily complaining about him hunting for the fouls like they are with SGA.

D Wade avg 16 FT per game for the series and had multiple 20 attempt games. He shot 24 in the first 2 games, both Ls, and 73 in the last 4 (18 per game) all Ws. I dont do the ref crying but that shyt was ridiculous and beyond the pale. Shai is avg 9 and hasnt topped 12 He just saved the season shooting 10 FT. And they played at a slower pace back then so there were fewer posessions.
