Retro City Rampage is like the old top-down GTA games. I haven't played it much, but it seems to be an 'open world' game where can get missions, cause chaos, etc

Hotline Miami is confined to single 'stages' that you have to pass (tied together with a crazy story). it really becomes like a strategy game, as you have to plan out how to approach each room/stage

Retro City Rampage is basically how the OG GTA used to be. Top down fukkery. Hotline Miami is just madness and pure fukkery wrapped in some sort of strategy to make you a serial killer. Great game...And it's soundtrack bangs.

One is crazy dope and is very entertaining and has an ill ass soundtrack and the other is Retro City Rampage.
