Cardio, then slow it down with some yoga/balance exercises while listening to some positive relaxed music. breathing slow , close you eyes and thank God for every breath he give you. &

are far as supplements melatonin may help, weed may help (the comedown)

5-10 mg should do it if you've never taken it before. you do build up a tolerance after long term use though.

i guess it also depends on what other substances/uppers you might be ingesting though.

a couple cups of hot tea with ginger, lemon, turmeric and honey. absolutely knocks me out . i couldve just woken up after 8 hours of sleep but once i drink that its a wrap
