Disgaea D2 because if I don't Gamestop won't have a copy for me. They typically only have enough for pre-orders

at people pre-ordering.

If you play niche titles you either have to pre-order or buy online

To be honest, the only games I pre-order is the GTA games because I remember the mission in Vice City where it just said, "Kill all the Haitians". After the uproar, they took it out the game. My wife has already bought GTA5 for me as a Christmas Present. I just got to go pick it up. But other than that I don't pre-order. I wait for the price to go down and then pick the game up.
