What's the last "old school" thing you did/still do?

never have had an account on amazon, facebook, tinder, spotify, apple music

besides a phone i dont want any 'smart' devices in my house ever

do all my shopping in stores

use cash as much as possible

still refer to the 1 train as the 1 & 9 train

still torrent mp3s to be used on my iPod shuffle (2nd gen)

up until a year ago i was still taking my paychecks into the bank physically

and i still always will wait for a cashier or teller instead of using a machine

Yea that sucks. I remember when they started doing that shytb@ my job. I wasn't tripping cuz I had converter over. All the paisa mesicans were hot! I know they start giving pol paycards who didnt have bank accounts.

Not all that long ago when I didn't bank, and before (I used) credit cards I'd just stack checks until I needed the dough and cash em at the bank they written on.

Before long there won't even be tellers, bank will be the middleman between your employer and your wages
I know it goes against time value of $, but always preferred being 1st direct recipient from employer (and it's still fukk banks)
