I got both these albums when they dropped in 2004....

i bought Devin the Dude's lp cause i was always intrigued by his unique style and delivery

great album by the way

and my ex at the time got me Nas album for my birthday.......which had one of my favorite all time nas songs .."nazerath savage"


after that i just bought mixtapes and downloaded songs from pirate sites and file sharing links like Zshare to save money and plus it was convienient because i had two desk jobs i was working at the time where i stayed on my computer all the time..so i had access to online music easily

and when 2008 rolled around i had my own radio show i executive produced which gave me access to alot of FREE MUSIC ...

so i haven't purchased a physical cd since 2004

Man, I just realized the last physical album i bought was nas hip hop is dead back in like 2007.

I’m getting old head on you but I heard howling wolf the first time a few months back. I went and bought a bunch of delta blues cds.

It’s crazy how much of their music was copied by those 60s-70s rock bands. I knew some of it was but I didn’t know the extent.

Just realized I aint cop anything in 2017. But got an Amazon cart full of CDs from this year i gotta cop. shyt some of my favorite albums didnt even have physical releases smh

Last thing I got was ATCQ's album at the end of last yr. Keep the cases in here

And I have a 300 (?) disc booklet where I keep the CDs. All in chronological order. Even got my old mixtapes as far back as 03
