They say a month won't do any significant muscle loss if you eat properly. But fukk that. If I take more then 4 days off I feel like I lost gains :francis:

This. I wouldn't say I actually lose gains but I definitely feel like

I haven't been to the gym since September (before my classes started) and people say I still got my gains and keep feeling my biceps and shoulder...

About 1-2 months if I'm still eating good. But once I start again, that muscle memory kicks in and I'll bounce back in about 2 weeks

I think it also depends on what you do for a lot of the time. If you do mild manual labor while not lifting, I'd think you're gains would last longer than if you sat in front of a computer for that time.
This ...

Depends if you doing enough to stimulate maintenance...

Depends on your caloric intake....

Around 1 month if you completely fallen off....

I usually do calisthenics at maintenance or when I don't have access to a gym...............

You should be taking regular breaks in between training cycles anyway.

one to two weeks. Since 99% of people surely aren't eating rigth when they arent actually in the gym.

Either consuming too many calories, too little, not enough protein, or just shyt quality food.

If my diet is in check, I get a weird effect after a week. I come back stronger, pushing more reps. two weeks and I've lost strength, 3 weeks and I can expect serious loss.

By gains are you meaning visual gains or performance gains?

Right?

Visual gains... two weeks I suppose.

Performance gains... a month. I've taken 2 and half to 3 weeks off and went in and picked up where I left off.

Why would you lose visual gains if your nutrition is on point?
