Ain't no number. This is a capitalist society. In theory any individual can increase their earnings exponentially but on a macro level there will always be classes and income levels. Not everyone can work the jobs that pay even $60k plus nor can everyone entrepreneur their way to that either. Even further, not everyone wants to work those jobs. A teacher in the hood is never making a high salary. Neither is a public defender. Or any number of other important, respectable gigs. Make enough to care for you and your family and live a life commiserate to your income :yeshrug:

Define happy?

Most people don't even know what happiness is.

THERE IS NO CONCRETE DEFINITION FOR HAPPY. MY DEFINITION OF HAPPY PROBABLY WON'T BE THE SAME AS YOURS.

THAT'S KINDA MY POINT. TRYING TO MEASURE UP TO THESE SUBJECTIVE METRICS WILL DEPRESS YOU. JUST DO WHAT YOU LIKE AND ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS.

So 80k minimum? :unimpressed:

depends on where you live, your circumstances, etc. the truth is you don’t want to still be stressing about money at that age, but you may be doing your MBA or studying to better yourself and not have much but be on your way. That’s totally different to just drifting on minimum wage with no plans.
