I hate all this shyt, I don't wanna do it but the money is good.

Money is always really good as we profit from disasters and damages but the annoying things about the industry is that it's too small (everybody knows everybody which ain't a good thing), extremely white dominated and every month, I'm reminded that white men have too many bytch tendencies (backstabbing, gossip, etc.).

the problem, here at least, is they change the structures and metrics on you every year. trying to hit a moving target sucks.
