as an impartial party I’m gonna have to side with fif and jimmy...chase the cat has probably the most generic 50 hook ever ...and even to this day if somebody tried to front on you, you can say “I did joints with Mary j Blige my nikkas” ...word to Hov
Sorry Breh @TAYLONDO SAMSWORTHY

I gotta agree, that Chase The Cat Track is real generic, Be Easy was a better choice imo, no disrespect intended

The Fall of the Wu. The fact that MCs were hell-bent on showing they could do without Rza to the point of not even working with other in-house producers, instrumentals being wasted on random C-list groups and rappers, Meth being all over the place on his albums, Killah Sin never dropping a solo album, Iron Flag and the W not being one album with the best songs from both...the list goes on and on. Never getting another ODB album fully produced by Rza. I always felt Rza could just have fun and experiment when ODB was the one getting on tracks.

Also Mos going full Yasiin Bey and looking at his rapping career as an afterthought. Nas and Primo album never happening. Dre and Snoop reunion album.

Off top of my head the ones I’m most pissed about are Jay Electronica never properly releasing his album...and Killer Mike wasting damn near the entirety of his prime by retiring as a solo act and putting out hipster cac rap with Run the Jewels :snoop:

I was never able to get into Run The Jewels. Killer Mike at one point was one of my favorite rappers. I checked for his solos, but as much as I tried to get into El P's music, I just couldn't. I tried getting into the Run The Jewels stuff, but just couldn't.

Strangely enough I'm somewhat a fan of Killer Mike but much more so a big fan of EL-P's instrumentals, but never really enjoyed any RTJ album. I'd much rather listen to their separate work.

Why? They had what almost 20 years to drop something? Fact is the shyt was never gonna happen.
Because in 2010 they had several reference tracks done and were all in a label situation where it could happen.

Ras literally left the group over Bis releasing an old song where he defended himself against Royce.
