A Serbian Film is definitely up there for the "Newborn porn" scene, but since I didn't see that one in theaters, it's probably the scene in Antichrist where Charlotte Gainsbourg stomps Willem Dafoe's dikk into a pulp with a wooden log. The severed penis swells up, and she starts jerking it off until it squirts blood.
