Heard Mauro say on Tuesday it was Orton infiltrating the Wyatts:patrice:

Cant be right? Right?

Only other one I can think of offhand is Vince as the higher power, but that backfired ASAP.

Kane befriending Taker before lighting his ass up.

Would say stuff like Hogan's turn, and Rock joining the corporation. Only thing is there's no exact pinpoint start date to when those began.

The Rock after he left the nation slowly but surely working his way up the ranks vs corporation members and having tag matches with foley to get his trust, leading to deadly games, and the entire tournament was simply to get the belt on to the corporate champ, the rock.

Was nearly a year but the biggest thing: rock was never a Babyface. He did nothing to make the fans think he was good, he just left the nation. He was always the corporate champ.

Only thing with that, They never said when they set the plan in motion. From the SS video package it seemed to be only about a month or so.

The gap between the Rock leaving the nation and Deadly Game is like two months, not a year.

This Orton/Wyatt story has been a constant since August. It really is one of the longest running storylines in wrestling history. A complete story like this for so long hasn’t gone down since the 80’s.

I’ve struggled to care about it that much because the nature of the partnership just wasn’t plausible (Orton, one of the faces of the company for over a decade, is really going to be pushed under the umbrella of a still unproven, and largely untrusted person?), but still props to them for going for it and sticking by their guns. We beg for long-term booking all the time, and they actually went for it. If it comes to a finite end at WM, we’ll have just seen an eight month storyline play out.

The HHH/Chyna joining the corporation angle was an incredible plan but we don't know when HHH started plotting his turn on DX

I guess you can say Paul Bearer & the introduction of Kane would be up there

Along with Crow Sting:jbhmm:
Was sting injured in any way?

It's crazy to think how long they had one of their top stars out of action to get an angle over :picard:
